For any of the UCF followers in our CFS audience Jermaine Taylor was drafted last night in the NBA Draft.
Taylor was picked shortly after 10:30 pm with the 32nd pick from the Washington Wizards. He was then traded to the Houston Rockets.
Taylor is arguably the best player in the history of the UCF Basketball program. He was this season's Conference USA Player of the Year. Something for UCF fans/students/alumni to be proud of if you follow Knights basketball, he is the highest draft pick from UCF.
Congratulations to Jermaine Taylor.
Taylor is a diamond in the rough in this draft. He has been a real stand-out performer for UCF for the last couple years and I think the Rockets landed themself a good basketball player. Hopefully he serves the Knights well.
